Our Company

The inspiration to create an Executive Development firm occurred during a long run on the beach at Half Moon Bay.  It was clear that I was not living up to my full capacity in the corporate position I held.  I needed to put all of my education, experience and passion forward and create the momentum needed for transformational change in myself and others.

Two and a half years later, after countless hours of research, reading, “picking the brains” of others doing similar work, and applying my strategies and tools to anyone who would try them out, Belk Consulting Services became a reality.

The spirit of transformation that began on that long run continues to this day.  In January, 2005 we incorporated and changed our name to Belk & Associates, Inc.  We have created incredibly successful proprietary systems & skill building tools that lead to client transformation and success.  We strive to continue that transformation process by retooling and augmenting our services to meet the needs of our clients.
